Miller-Motte College is authorized by the Georgia Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission (NPEC). The NPEC authorization is renewed each year and is based on an evaluation of standards concerning quality of education, ethical business practices, health and safety, and fiscal responsibility. The school offers the associate of occupational science degree and certificate programs. It is eligible to provide training services under the Comprehensive Vocational Rehabilitation Act, and is approved for the training of eligible persons.

Miller-Motte College is licensed by the North Carolina State Board of Community Colleges. The North Carolina State Board of Community Colleges is not an accrediting agency.
