Our CDL Training: Class A Tractor Trailer program* teaches students defensive driving techniques, safe operating procedures, and range maneuvers essential for success on the road.

 With access to our facilities and industry-experienced instructors, students can gain practical knowledge driving big rigs on various road-types, traffic scenarios, and weather conditions.

IS PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED BEFORE ENROLLING IN A CDL CLASS A PROGRAM?

No prior experience is typically required to enroll in a CDL Class A program. That said, these programs may require applicants to meet certain requirements prior to acceptance. Augusta Campus

Miller-Motte College is authorized by the Georgia Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission (NPEC). The NPEC authorization is renewed each year and is based on an evaluation of standards concerning quality of education, ethical business practices, health and safety, and fiscal responsibility. The school offers the associate of occupational science degree and certificate programs. It is eligible to provide training services under the Comprehensive Vocational Rehabilitation Act, and is approved for the training of eligible persons.

The school and the CDL: Class A Tractor Trailer program are licensed by the Georgia Department of Driver Services.
